Herald Zoo Series, ¼-dozen No.1348 LARGE GIRAFFE trade box, now containing 1 (of 3) models, Excellent (slight paint flaking noted) – contained in a HERALD SERIES magenta/charcoal/white trade box – still has the original packing tissue and complaints slip – carton is Good, age wear, creases, scuffs, small tears – probably dates to circa 1962 or ’63 this is a hard to find trade box for the Britains zoo models collector [Provenance: from the SUSSEX Collection of Britains and Herald plastic zoo models]
