SOLD Cherilea 54mm Khaki Infantry – Early Box Set

Cherilea Toys – Very Early circa 1957-58 box set of Khaki Infantry (4 figures) plus one additional loose figure throwing hand grenade. These 54mm figures with rectangular bases, moulded in swirly coloured plastic, were previously thought to be produced by UNA until collector Joe Bellis corrected us. Figures are Mint unused, strung onto pictorial colour printed card insert, in Fair open window box (age wear, creases, small splits, flap and tabs replaced to one end, original price ‘2/6’ in pencil to reverse of box) – a RARE box set.
