Herald Miniatures, exceptionally rare (pre-Britains) plain white card 2-dozen trade box of White Colts, scratching, now containing 5 of 24 – all marked with Herald trumpeter logo to underbelly – rubber-stamped end description with the catalogue no. H1509 dates this trade box to circa 1956 (from 1959 the scratching Colts were amalgamated as H2123) – offered for sale in Excellent to near Mint unused condition – carton is Poor (scuffs, tears, creases, crumpled), with the original packing tissue – original price “8d” and “White Pony Scratching”, marked lightly in pencil – very rare and early Herald trade box.
