Airfix Dogs – Plastic 54mm Scale

Airfix Plastic 1/32nd Scale Figures comprising: SCARCE dogs, group of 3, comprising: Alsatian (German Shepherd) breed – moulded in swirly Grey plastic, Setter (White plastic) and Pointer (moulded in swirly Grey plastic) – unpainted and marked ‘Made in England’ to hollow underside – in Good used condition overall – [These dogs were sold loose, assorted six types, by Airfix under the catalogue number 551L [they were also sold with a kennel of dogs as 551 in 1949] – These rare plastic dogs were marketed by Airfix as speciality toys, ‘ideal for doll’s houses’, and date to circa 1945-50] – Interesting and unusual Airfix models.
