L.266/10] Throwing Grenade, wearing unusual, gloss RED, factory painted jungle slouch hat, as featured on page 12 of an earlier issue of Plastic Warrior magazine – one theory put forward is that the hats were painted red to represent Redcaps from the Royal Military Police who were involved in the Burma campaign during World War II – this rare figure is in Fair used condition, with paint loss and play wear [from the Brighton collection of plastic toy soldiers]
