Hong Kong Copy of Ajax Space Woman – WHC Imported

Made in Hong Kong 60mm copy of an Ajax (USA) Space Woman, moulded in soft yellow plastic with hand-painted detail, contained in a sealed poly bag shop colour printed “Spacemen” header card with “Success WHC London” on the reverse (W. H. Cornelius Ltd. were a major importer of cheap plastic toys, chiefly from Hong Kong and Singapore, during the 1950’s, 60’s and 70’s. They were based in the Old Kent Road, Bermondsey, in the East End of London.
