SOLD Herald Shire Mare – Britains Ltd Made in England – Mint!

A scarce late issue Herald White Shire Mare [cat. no. 2101] – Offered in virtually Mint unused condition – moulded in textured white plastic – hand-painted dusky pink mouth and nostrils, with lighter grey mane, tail and fetlocks; dark brown eyes – underbelly marked ‘BRITAINS Ltd MADE in ENGLAND’ – only issued with this marking for a year or so between 1964 and ’65 so scarce, especially in this superb condition [Provenance: from the Britains Herald Sheffield Collection]
