SOLD Airfix Dogs Multi-colour Plastic 1/32 Scale

Airfix Plastic 1/32nd Scale Figures comprising: 2 Rare dogs, Alsatian (German Shepherd) and Flat-coated Retriever breeds – moulded in swirly multi-colour dark grey and black plastic, unpainted and marked ‘Made in England’ on undersides – These dogs were sold loose, assorted six types, by Airfix under the catalogue number 551L [they were also sold with a kennel of dogs as 551 in 1949] – These rare plastic dogs were marketed by Airfix as speciality toys, ‘ideal for doll’s houses’, and date to circa 1945-50 – Interesting and unusual Airfix models.
